FMP offer contract manufacturing and packing services to the healthcare industry. The business operates a flexographic printing operation housed within a White Room for the printing of medical grade materials. FMP print all of their materials for internal packing and offer a print service to other medical contract packers.
The business operates with two cleanrooms a 100,000 and 1000 class environment. Pharmaceutical sachets and four side seal dressing packs are manufactured in the 100,000 class cleanroom with secondary packing being undertaken in the linked White Room Finishing department. Biocide filling and packing is undertaken in the 1000 class cleanroom for trigger spray bottles and 5 litre containers.
FMP undertake pharmaceutical formulation development packaging design, Technical File construction and CE Marking services together with sterilization management.
