From our North East bases, Stiller operates over 400,000 sq. ft of quality, food-grade ambient warehousing. Stiller move large volumes of palletised consignments on our own vehicles and in partnership with The Palletline and Hazchem Networks. 

Complementing our warehousing and distribution services is a range of contract packing and assembly services to new and existing clients. With a workforce of 30, scalable up to 60 individuals, Stiller boasts a dedicated management and supervisory team ensuring operational efficiency. 

Housed within a spacious 42,000 sq. ft facility, Stiller offer the flexibility to accommodate specialist packaging needs by operating client machinery or funding machine purchases. We produce over 50,000 units per week for our customers within the following sectors; automotive, industrial, household, personal care/Beauty, DIY and more.  

We handle seasonal stock demands, peak periods, and project work, whether its raw materials or finished goods, and integrate customers distribution needs into one place. Our focus on meticulous attention to detail ensures market leading quality. 

Our range of services and capabilities include, hand assembly, repacking, labelling, remedial work, fulfilment, stock returns, product kitting, assembly or disassembly. 

Current work streams and projects include; 

• Sub-assembly and assembly of industrial personal protective equipment 
• Vertical form filling, sealing, boxing and palletisation
• Repackaging of consumer and construction products on behalf of an online retailer
• Consultation support and distribution system reassessment and re-engineering
• Hand assembly of large gift boxes and fulfilment to residential addresses with client’s nominated carriers
• Fulfilment of point-of-sale display equipment to high-street chain shops and supermarket concessions.
